Where is training?

We can book a professional training room or come to you! If you host, we can offer a 10% discount. We would need to charge for travel costs if training is held outside London.

We have a few locations that we frequently book in central London. The cost of room bookings is included in the price (listed here). Contact us for more information.

How do I pay?

Deposit of 25% required to secure booking, payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Bank transfer preferred. Full payment is due 2 weeks before training.

Does the training time include breaks?

Duration for each course (listed here) covers the hours of teaching material, excluding breaks. We suggest adding a 10-minute break for each two hours of teaching, plus a lunch break for full day courses. Of course, we don’t charge for breaks!

What are the certificates we get?

Certificates are available for those who complete Basics and/or Mastery courses in group training, tutorials, or coaching. They include an overview of what training covers, the duration of training, the date and signature from our Director.

Is there food or drink at training?

All costs exclude catering, which is optional. As a guide, catering costs about £20 per person for lunch and £5 per person for tea/coffee breaks. We can recommend and book catering, if desired. Contact Julia for more info.

Can I take a Mastery course alone?

The mastery course alone is only suitable for those who have completed the basics course content or for those who have worked for listening helplines. Contact Julia for more info.

Are there charity discounts?

Registered charities get a 25% discount across all training and coaching services. If you can host training, you get a further 10% off.
